Adepeju Adegoke has over 25 years diverse work experience in administration, customer service, marketing and human resources management. These varied background transverses both the public, private, non-governmental, legal, health and educational sectors.
She is a graduate of Fisheries Management (University of Ibadan), holder of an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management and Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos.
Her work experience includes Federal Road Safety Commission were she was part of the team that put together the present computerised drivers and vehicle licence. From there she moved on to work in administrative capacities in Lanre Ogundokun and Co; The Redeemed Christian Church of God, EMPARC (NGO), ABB LUMUS GLOBAL.
She then moved on to assume the role of Customer and Relationship Manager for CTC International School. Her desire to broaden her scope in and sharpen her human resources skills in a new sector altogether led her to work as the Human Resources Manager of The Bridge Clinic a leading Fertility Centre in Nigeria.
She is a certified member of the Charted Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) a Certified Management Consultant and Trainer from the Centre for Management Development (CMD).
She has provided consultancy services to the Education, Health, Cash Management, Printing and Telecoms Services Sector; worked as associate consultant to ATOS Origin Consultants (UK) on the PTP Project Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre.
An avid learning and development facilitator with expertise in Human resources Management, Management Development, Organisational behaviour components ( the Individual; work groups/teams and organisations) ; Business Process and Service Operations Management
She currently works as the Managing Partner, NeShama Concepts and serves on the Advisory Board of EdgeEdwards.
